Why can't I kill Number 59: Crooked Cook
I was playing Predaplants in Chief Duel and this guy comes in with what I think is a water XYZ deck by summoning Buzzsaw and Right Hand Shark to summon 59. I couldn't destroy it or activate whatever effects on it at all. He didn't have any set cards, he wasent activating anything in his mitt, and he wasent using overlay units or cards in the grave. I'm and so confused.

Okay to start: Number 59: Crooked Cook is unaffected past other bill of fare'south effects if it is the simply card on that side of the field. If your opponent summoned him and didn't have anything else, he is immune to effects until that player has more cards on his field. So because of Right Manus Shark was used as XYZ material, and because both monsters to summon 59: Kleptomaniacal Cook were Water, he gained an power that prevents him from being destroyed past battle.

I just went upward confronting a dude with an exodia deck who played this card, i am playing a dragonmaid deck and i was playing him for it felt like an hour and i got a dragonmaid tidying placed it face down and on his turn he playing a spell so i countered with my tidying so it took his 59 out to the actress deck over again. He waited for like a infinitesimal then forfeited. I virtually lost my sanity in that match

Just dueled a guy using this cancer strat. He was running Exodia, Lava Golem, Final countdown, and Evenly Matched.
Thankfully I was running my Buster Blader deck and BB: Dragon Destroyer Swordsman has piercing damage. I was able to knock his life points low enough that he couldn't utilise final countdown, and was able to outplay him.

Tbh Crooked Cook and the shark is bullshit. Totally unfair for players that dont have ways to bargain with it.

Nah, Unaffected by card effects. Herald of the completeness could get him, or you wait for him to use a bill of fare and bow him up

Piercing battle damage isn't an upshot on Crooked Cook, then yep information technology works. One of the only ways to get around / over information technology until your opponent plays a bill of fare.

I managed to beat someone using him with a Winged Dragon Of Ra + Soul Crossing summon. The moment there were some other two cards on the field aslope his and he saw his menu disappear, information technology was an instant rage quit. Pretty cathartic lmao, but yeah, even after that one encounter ,I hate Crooked Cook.

A guy did this to me today. I couldn't practise annihilation to him. Then he activated Maxx "C" from his hand. Whit this he tin describe a carte du jour every fourth dimension I Specially Summon a monster.
Here I thought I was Clever. I take a Six Samurai Deck. So I started Special Summoning as many monsters as I could. I thought I could Burn him out.
He was left with 6 cards in his Deck and over 30 in his hand. I thought I could wait him out.
Plow changes and he Summons Exodia.
